Aotea Electric Auckland and Aotea Automation Auckland were pleased to work with Ockham Residential on the new Manaaki Apartments in Onehunga.

Aotea Electric Auckland were responsible for the power, lighting, Automation, and also included the EV Chargers and outdoor lighting.

Set beside a secret park, bordered by a no-exit cul-de-sac, Manaaki is just 400m from Onehunga Mall, the wonderful (and wonderfully random) main street that centres Auckland’s most compelling suburb.
