Aotea Electric Auckland are proud to have worked on the Caldera Apartments in Three Kings on behalf of Naylor Love and Fletcher Living.

A collaboration with Aotea Automation Auckland, Aotea Communications Auckland and Aotea Security, whereby we managed the installation of the power and lighting, data, lighting controls, EV chargers and security.

This premium five-level development offers a range of bedroom apartments with sophisticated design. With floor to ceiling windows, these apartments are full of light and bright spaces and are orientated to make the most of the views looking out to the maunga, parks and other green spaces.
