SEM Carpark – Sylvia Park

Aotea Electric installed the power, lighting, communications and security at the 34,000 square metre SEM carpark at Sylvia Park for client Naylor Love.

A smart lighting control system was installed to dim the lights to 20% when areas are not occupied, this offers cost savings to the client.

The lighting has been designed to create a perception that the building is “always open” which also adds another layer of security.
