25-27 Landing Drive

We're proud to share that we successfully completed the 25-27 Landing Drive project! Under the main contractor, Q Construction, we delivered a full electrical fitout for both warehouses and ensured a seamless transition for the current tenants into their new properties. With guidance from Quasar, our team also completed all the metering installations, contributing to the building's 5 Green Star award.

Located at Auckland International Airport, this building includes two warehouse areas and two office complexes designed for separate tenants. It has also been honored with a Merit at the 2024 Property Council Awards!
