Greenhouse Apartments

Ockham Residential recently celebrated the opening of the Greenhouse, their 19th Apartment Building with 101 units.

Situated in the heart of Ponsonby, Auckland’s premier dining and retail strip and named for its 150,000 iridescent, green-glazed, handmade bricks from Italy’s Sant’Anselmo — and inspired by the landscapes of Tāmaki Makaurau — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime project for award-winning Ockham Residential.

Aotea Electric Auckland were commissioned to install power and lighting, data / communications and Automation. Installation included emergency lighting and outdoor lighting.
