ASB- 3 Te Kehu Way

Aotea Electric Auckland recently completed this 2 level ASB office fit out for Unispace at the newly completed six-story office building at 3 Te Kehu Way, Mount Wellington owned and operated by Kiwi Property.

After completing the base build of the building back in March 2023 we were back for this amazing fit out. We couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out and it’s a testament to the collaboration of Unispace and Kiwi Property.

This 1,700sqm space was completed in just 7 months where we carried out all the electrical works required including power, lighting and switchboard works all while retaining the 6 Greenstar rating for the building.
