Modal Apartments

Aotea Electric completed all of the electrical, lighting and lighting control systems for the Modal Apartments in Mt Albert, Auckland, a new development by client Ockham Residential.

Modal is an all-rental development from Ockham – 32 apartments that will make the new residents their home for years to come.

Ockham Residential want to offer their residents the security to make their home at Modal so they can plan ahead, look to the future, lock in schools etc. Good quality homes, close to train stations and on major bus routes – and within easy cycle range of the city.

Aotea Electric completed all of the power, lighting, and lighting control systems from the entrance through to the bike garage, apartments, music room, and common areas including level 5 lounge as well as the exterior lighting.
